2. Equipment Rental Business Acquisition
To formalize our collaboration, we have outlined two commission options for your consideration. Please select the one that best aligns with your preferences:
2.1 One-Time Pay: Equivalent to three days’ rent on equipment deployment, with payment realization on the first day of log-book Entry.
OR
2.2 Recurring Pay: 4% of the rental value every month, upon the realization of payments from the client.
Terms and Conditions for rental business:
2.3 We do not hold control over machinery operations or the client. As a result, we cannot be held responsible for any operational disputes that may arise between you and the client.
2.4 While we do not guarantee payment release from the client, we are prepared to assist by reaching out to the client on your behalf to request prompt payment release.
2.5 We understand the importance of selecting the right customers, conducting due diligence, and ensuring their credibility. Your company will continue to handle customer selection, due diligence, and credibility checks to maintain the quality of your business relationships.
3. Equipment Trading Business Transactions
3.1 Transaction Charges: The charges for Sales and Purchase Transactions amount to 2% of the final sale price, applying to both the buyer and the seller.. These charges apply in accordance with industry practices.
4. Equipment Sales
4.1 “As Is, Where Is” Basis: All equipment is sold on an “as is, where is” basis. This means that TYB Infra Solutions does not hold any accountability for the condition, performance, or any issues with the equipment after an agreement is signed between the buyer and the seller.
5. Use of Images
