Return Policy for TYB Infra Solutions
At TYB Infra Solutions, we aim to ensure our clients are satisfied with the equipment and services we provide. Our return policy is outlined below to clarify the process and conditions for returning rented or purchased equipment:
1. Rented Equipment
- Return Condition:
Rented equipment must be returned in the same working condition as it was delivered, considering normal wear and tear. Any damage, excessive wear, or missing components will be evaluated, and repair/replacement costs will be charged to the client. - Return Notice:
Clients must provide a minimum of 15 days’ written notice before the end of the rental period to arrange for proper off-hiring and transportation. - Inspection:
Upon return, the equipment will undergo a detailed inspection. If the equipment fails to meet the condition standards, additional charges will be applied. - Early Termination:
If the rental agreement is terminated early, clients may be liable for cancellation fees based on the remaining rental term, as specified in the agreement.
2. Purchased Equipment
- Returns for Purchased Items:
All sales are final. However, returns or exchanges may be considered for specific cases, such as:- Incorrect equipment delivered due to an error by TYB Infra Solutions.
- Significant undisclosed defects not covered by the contract.
- Return Period:
Any eligible return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. After this period, TYB Infra Solutions reserves the right to deny the return. - Restocking Fee:
Returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase value, depending on the circumstances. - Transportation Costs:
All transportation costs for returning the equipment will be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Custom Orders and Spare Parts
Custom-ordered equipment or spare parts are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error from our side.
4. Refunds and Credits
- Rental Refunds:
Refunds for rental services are not applicable unless there was a billing error or equipment failure that was solely the fault of TYB Infra Solutions. - Purchase Refunds:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days after the return is accepted and inspected.
